A. Jane, from the earliest whispers of childhood, harbored a boundless imagination. Before mastering the intricacies of reading and writing, she reveled in the enchantment of being read to, weaving her own tales and eagerly dictating them to her parents.

 

As time unfolded, A. Jane’s passion for storytelling blossomed, evolving her into both a creative writer and an animated reader. Her literary journey found roots in the classics, drawing inspiration from luminaries like Enid Blyton, Roald Dahl, C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Stephen King. Later, she discovered contemporary voices like J.K. Rowling, Suzanne Collins, and Stephenie Meyer, adding diverse hues to her creative palette.

 

At the tender age of 16, a haunting recurring nightmare left an indelible mark on A. Jane’s psyche. Jotting down a particular scene on a scrap of paper, she, then an actor, envisioned herself bringing that chilling moment to life on the screen. Life’s twists caused the paper to fade into oblivion until, a decade later, A. Jane stumbled upon it while sorting through old papers. This chance encounter reignited her creative spark, prompting her to embark on a writing journey.

 

Juggling corporate pursuits, numerous relocations, and various qualifications, A. Jane unearthed the folded paper, now a catalyst for her writing aspirations. Opting for a bold leap, she chose to temporarily set aside her career, redirecting her focus from homeownership to a passion-driven odyssey. With determination as her compass, she traversed the globe, dedicating her time to crafting the narrative she had long carried within.

 

Despite the challenges of balancing corporate demands and her artistic calling, A. Jane’s resolute spirit prevailed. In 2016, her unwavering dedication materialized into “The Harris Sisters,” her debut novel. Fueled by the dream that her creation might one day grace the silver screen, A. Jane stands today as a creative force, embodying the belief that “One must have the courage to chase their dreams in order to catch them.
